Before starting the functional test, the vehicle should be idling with coolant hot and thermostat open. Coolant temperature should be approximately 194°F.

  • Cycle the temperature lever to the extreme ends of travel in control assembly to ensure cable is properly adjusted.

The system consists of the BCM (Body Control Module), DIC, instrument cluster, RCDLR (Remote Control Door Lock Receiver), RF (Radio Frequency transmitting tire pressure sensor in each wheel and serial data circuit.
