We have access to the best quality late-model vehicles and strive to get the most quality engines and transmissions out of them. Cars and trucks that do not meet high standards for quality are rejected.
-STANDARDS FOR INSPECTION & IDENTIFICATION:
Our company uses VIN matching extensively to ensure the integrity of the inventory. The products will fit and perform exactly as needed due to a high emphasis on consistency and accuracy of product descriptions.
-MULTIPLE PRE-DELIVERY QUALITY CHECKS:
We perform multiple pre-delivery quality checks even after our products are added to the inventory. Engines and transmissions are cleaned and buffed before they are shipped to the customer.
-AN AWARE, AVALIABLE AND INFORMED STAFF:

Warranty Information:
We provide a 1 year warranty on most used part types.
Claims related to the overheating and/or improper lubrication of the engine or its components are not covered by this warranty.
Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are Accessories and Extra Parts. No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds.
All warranties are null and void if:
- The vehicle is converted from a private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is used for racing or other competition or off-road recreational purposes.
- Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications.
- Failure is caused by using the part for any use other than what was intended or recommended by the manufacturer.
- The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.
- The part is installed or operated outside the United States.
- The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
- The part is sold "As Is" as indicated on the front of invoice or in a website's terms.
30-Day Low Price Guarantee:
If you find a lower price on the Internet, we will match that price. If another salvage yard gives you the same Warranty, Fit, Quality, Delivery, and OEM Manufacturer, we'll be happy to match that price within 30 day of your purchase date. All you need to do is just email us with the name of the company, the stock number, the OEM manufacturer, the mileage, shipping information, and the retail price (including shipping). If you've purchased the engine or transmission from us within 90 days, we'll refund the difference. If you haven't yet purchased the engine or transmission, we will contact you within 24 hours (weekdays) and will match the lowest price.
CORE CHARGE:
Some engine and transmission orders may be subject to a core charge based on the value of the core. This is a deposit and will be refunded upon the returning of the core to the supplier. The core transfer and pick up will be arranged by the supplier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do offer international shipping. You must register with our International shipper Bongo International here at http://www.automotix.net/international-shipping.html They will provide you with a unique USA address you can use as a forwarding address. From here you can ship the auto part to your international country of origin. They will perform basic buyer fraud screening and calculate your shipping cost based on distance and the countries duties/taxes. It is required to register with Bongo International before we can ship to your country.
CANADIAN ORDERS:
We do ship into Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to a additional shipping charge to cover the cost of product transfer and duties/taxes into the country of Canada.
Non-Continental USA orders or Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico orders:
Orders outside of the continental 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) may be subject to additional shipping charges for extra freight costs.
Extended Warrantee:

Replacement Policy:
Upon you receiving the replacement auto part, it is company policy that we get the original part shipped back to us. The original auto
part must be returned using the provided shipping label. The shipping cost for both the replacement and the original auto part is a cost
attributed to the shipper at hand. Note, if these auto parts are not shipped back to the supplier within 30 days of the delivery date of the
replacement part, the buyer's credit card is subject to a recharge for the initial cost of the original auto part (minus the initial shipping cost)

Cancellation & Return Policy:
-Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from purchase date without authorization from supplier. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping, unless caused by our error or cancelled by the customer prior to shipping. No returns without prior authorization from the Supplier (see Contact Us page).
Disclaimer:
-Some of our units (used engine, transmission, axle, etc.) may come with wear parts and accessories but are not guaranteed in the sale. They will need to be replaced before installation. Common items that are not guaranteed include but not limited too nuts, bolts, links, seals, bushings, ball joints, brackets, bezels, wiring, cables, sensors and other applicable items depending on the part. If they are not serviceable, such as a pressed-in ball joint, they will be guaranteed.
-We cannot guarantee color on any part we sell. The purchased item may need to be repainted, refinished, or reupholstered for proper color match.
