Can my part be shipped to a Repair Facility?
Yes. You may choose to have the part shipped to your residence or a Repair Facility. If you choose to have the part shipped directly to a repair facility. Be sure to have a contact at the shop, as well as the name and address. Extra shipping charges apply for lift gates if delivering to a residential location.
What is your Return Policy?
30 days from date of purchase. 20% restocking fee is charged. Return freight/shipping charges will be billed if part is ordered wrong.
Is a VIN required to purchase parts on the website? Your 17 digit VIN is required on all power train purchases. This will ensure proper part compatibility. Also, Warranty is void without proper VIN.
Are the parts sold guaranteed to match my car's color?
No. Our parts are not guaranteed to match color. Painting to match may be required.
If I buy a used engine or transmission, are they "drop-in" ready?
No. We are selling the long block, cylinder heads and internal lubricated parts on Engines.
What is included with an Engine?
Engine Block, Cylinder Heads, Head Gasket, and All Internal Lubricated Parts. Installation instructions need to be followed to guarantee the 12 month, parts only Warranty.
What is a recycled auto part?
Recycled parts are original equipment (OE) parts that have been reclaimed from salvage vehicles, inspected and inventoried for sale.
What is included with a Transmission?
Transmission Case, Valve Body, Tail shaft and Housing, Torque Converter (automatic only), and All Internal Lubricated Parts. Installation instructions need to be followed to guarantee the 12 month, parts only Warranty.
What is a Core Charge, and why am I getting charged for it?
A "Core Charge" is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda. In many states, to promote recycling, you are charged a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and you receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a Core Charge, or Core Price, that works the same way as a soda can deposit. A Core Charge is applicable to power train parts (Engines, Transmissions, and Axles) and aluminum wheels.

How may I check the status of my order?

What is the warranty on my purchase?
All sales come with a 12 month, parts only warranty from the date of purchase. Extended warranties may be available.

Is Overseas shipping available?
Yes. You must register through Bongo for this option. See website link on main page for details.
Where do I go to track or check the shipment status for an order placed online?
When an online order has shipped you will be notified with a tracking number via Email. The shipment can be tracked on either UPS or ECHO website depending on the shipment method.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within the continental US. Any order shipped outside the continental US will be subject to all shipping and border crossing fees. This includes part being shipped to the continental US from Canada.
