Radiator, Replace
Vehicle: 2005 Nissan Pathfinder LE 4.0 V6 GAS
- Remove engine cover with power tool.
- Drain engine coolant from radiator into a suitable container.
- Remove air duct and air cleaner case assembly.
- Remove reservoir tank hose.
- Removal radiator hoses (upper and lower) and reservoir tank hose. Be careful not to allow engine coolant to contact drive belts.
- Remove radiator cooling fan assembly.
- Disconnect A/T fluid cooler hoses. Install blind plug to avoid leakage of A/T fluid.
- Remove upper mount bracket bolts.
- Remove two A/C condenser bolts.
- Remove radiator as follows: Do not damage or scratch A/C condenser and radiator core when removing.
