Includes CV axle, universal joint, and driveline replacement, for domestic and imported 2004 Pontiac Sunfire cars and light trucks from 1990+.

Vehicle: 2004 Pontiac Sunfire 2.2 L4 GAS
Front
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove and discard propeller shaft sliding yoke bolts, nuts and washers.
- Remove and discard propeller shaft coupling bolts.
- Remove propeller shaft.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
- Lubricate sliding yoke with suitable transmission lubricant.
- Torque propeller shaft coupling to propeller shaft bolts to 13 ft. lbs. and then an additional 55°.
- Torque propeller shaft yoke to propeller coupling bolts 13 ft. lbs. and then an additional 55°.

- Raise and support vehicle rear, then remove rear tire and wheel assemblies.
