- Remove coolant inlet and outlet hoses with vacuum hose from heater unit, Fig. .
- Recover refrigerant as outlined in "General Service."
- Disconnect suction and liquid lines from evaporator. Discard O-rings.

- Disconnect radiator upper and lower hoses, then the coolant reservoir hose.
- On models equipped with automatic transaxle, disconnect ATF cooler lines.
- On all models, remove radiator mounting bolts.
- Remove radiator and cooling fans as an assembly.
- Separate cooling fans from radiator.
- Reverse procedure to install.
