- Ensure engine is cold.
- Wrap suitable shop towel around pressure relief cap, then remove cap. Ensure coolant does not come into contact with accessory drive belt.
- Drain radiator coolant into suitable container.
- On models equipped with oil cooler, disconnect coolant hoses at oil cooler.
- On all models, remove upper radiator sight shield.
- Remove air cleaner outlet tube.
- Remove radiator support brackets, then the upper radiator hose.
- Remove receiver drier mounting bolt and position receiver drier aside.
