  • Loosen I/P and pull back from cowl.
  • Disconnect blend door actuator electrical connector from bracket on evaporator case.
  • Remove three actuator attaching screws.
  • Lift actuator straight up approximately 1/2 inch to disengage it, then pull back toward passenger compartment and remove from vehicle. The mounting bracket will remain in place on the evaporator case.
