- Disconnect vacuum hose from brake booster and reposition.
- Disconnect evaporator outlet tube from TXV.
- Disconnect evaporator outlet tube from evaporator inlet tube.
- Remove and discard sealing washers.
- Cap or tape open A/C refrigerant tubes immediately to prevent contamination of refrigerant system.
- Remove TXV from evaporator core.
- Remove and discard sealing washers. Cap or tape off evaporator core.
- Reverse procedure...
