- Remove attaching screws to front fascia and outboard ends of radiator sight shield to radiator closure panel, Fig. .

- Remove radiator sight shield from radiator closure panel crossmember.
- Remove liquid line fitting to condenser on righthand side of cooling module, Fig. .

Never use cans to charge into high pressure side of system (compressor discharge port) or into system at high temperature, as high system pressure transferred into charging may cause it to explode.
- Attach center hose from manifold gauge set to refrigerant dispensing manifold. Turn refrigerant manifold valves completely counterclockwise to open fully, remove protective caps from refrigerant manifold.
