- Remove splash shield and air guide.
- Remove condenser fan.
- Remove mounting brackets and push radiator backward.
- Disconnect condenser and receiver/drier lines. Plug or cap lines and openings.
- Remove mounting nut and receiver/driver.
- Remove mounting bolts and condenser.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
- Lubricate new O-rings with suitable refrigerant oil.
- Torque condenser lines to 11-18 ft. lbs.
