- Drain coolant into suitable container, then remove front bumper.
- Remove radiator hoses from radiator.
- Disconnect electrical connector from thermal switch.
- Remove bowden cable on lock.
- Remove one bolt from each longitudinal member, then install guide rods, tool No. 3411, or equivalent, Fig. .
- On models equipped with A/C, remove condenser from radiator and secure to lock carrier.
- Remove radiator bolts, then the radiator.
- Reverse procedure to install.

- Drain coolant into suitable container, then remove front bumper.
