- Remove under cover.
- Remove drive belt.
- Disconnect suction and discharge hoses from the compressor. Plug or cap lines and openings.
- Disconnect connector.
- Remove mounting bolts and compressor.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
- If installing new compressor, adjust refrigerant oil as outlined under .
- Lubricate new O-rings with suitable refrigerant oil.
- Torque cooler hoses to 87-138 inch lbs.
- Torque compressor mounting bolts to 11-15 ft. lbs.
