Vehicle: 1998 Ford Mustang 3.8 V6 GAS

  • On models equipped with automatic transmission,disconnect automatic transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet lines from radiator using disconnect tool No. T82L-9500-AH, or equivalent.
  • On all models, drain cooling system, then disconnect radiator upper and lower hoses and overflow hose from radiator.
  • Remove two upper shroud bolts at radiator support, then lift fan shroud enough to disengage lower clips and lay shroud back over fan.
  • Remove radiator upper support bolts, then support.
  • Lift radiator from vehicle.
