- Discharge A/C refrigerant using a suitable recovery/recycling device, then disconnect and cap refrigerant lines at condenser.
- Remove grille retainers and upper radiator support crossmember, then remove condenser lines. For quick disconnect couplings, use tool No. 7193 or equivalent.
- Remove electric fan module mounts, condenser line support bracket and condenser mounting bolts, then lift condenser out of vehicle.
- Reverse procedure to install.
