- Remove radiator grille.
- Remove radiator shroud and radiator attaching bolts.
- Disconnect refrigerant lines from condenser and receiver/drier.
- Remove condenser.
- Reverse procedure to install.
NX COUPE, NX1600, NX2000 & SENTRA
- Remove radiator grille.
- Disconnect refrigerant lines at condenser, plugging all openings.
- Remove condenser cooling fan.
- Remove radiator attaching bolts and then condenser attaching bolts.
- While pushing radiator toward engine, remove condenser.
- Reverse procedure to install...

- Using spanner wrench No KV99845991 or equivalent, hold clutch hub and remove retaining nut, Fig. .
- Install jig Nos. KV99859981, KV99845982 and bolt No. KV99845992 as shown in Fig. .
- Tighten upper jig while holding lower jig.
- Remove snap ring from shaft.
- Remove pulley using suitable gear puller.
- Remove lead wire fixing screw, then remove coil using suitable gear puller.
