- Protect vehicle fender with suitable cover.
- Remove air filter assembly. Loosen vacuum line at vacuum pump.
- Place ignition switch in ON position, and set A/C and blower controls to ON. With engine not running but compressor clutch engaged, remove clutch hub retaining bolt. Replace clutch hub bolt with suitable puller bolt, and remove clutch pulley from compressor. Return ignition switch to OFF position.
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Discharge system refrigerant.

- Disconnect cooling fan electrical connector.
- Remove front grille attaching screws, then remove.
- Disconnect horn electrical connectors, then remove radiator stiffener strut to radiator support attaching bolt.
- Remove center support attaching bolts, then remove.
- Remove fan grille upper and lower bracket attaching bolts.
- Remove fan attaching bolt, then remove fans.
- Reverse to install.
