- Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove engine cover, air cleaner and air inlet duct, as necessary.
- Drain cooling system until radiator coolant level is below thermostat level.
- Remove radiator hose at coolant outlet.
- Remove thermostat housing retaining bolts and ground wire, if applicable.
- Remove thermostat housing, thermostat and gasket.
- Reverse procedure to install.
