Vehicle: 2006 MERCEDES-BENZ SLK350 3.5 V6 GAS
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove fasteners and lower sound insulator panels.
- Drain coolant into a suitable container.
- Remove protective cap and disconnect connector for circuit 30 (B+) on alternator.
- Disconnect connector for circuit 61 (D+) on alternator.
- Remove lower alternator bolts.
- Lower vehicle.
- Remove front engine cover.
- Remove left and right air intake ducts.
- Unclip coolant hose from oil filter housing.
- Remove coolant hose from radiator and place on engine.
