The nickel plated valve insert must be replaced every tire change. Release air from the tire by removing the nickel plated valve insert. The TPMS sensor can be reused, but a damaged sensor must be replaced.

  • Loosen the wheel lug nuts.
  • Raise and support the vehicle with jack stands.
  • Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
  • When dismounting the tire from the rim, note the following:
