- Raise and support vehicle, then remove rear tire and wheel assembly.
- Remove mounting bolts and front axle support heat baffle plate.
- Remove exhaust catalytic converter mount bolts.
- Support exhaust system with a suitable fixture tool and a suitable jack.
- Disconnect left and righthand oxygen sensors' connectors.
- Disconnect oxygen sensor cable.
- Remove exhaust system to manifolds' mounting nuts.
- Remove mounting nuts and rear muffler rubber mount.
- Remove exhaust system.
- Remove mounting nuts and disconnect halfshaft from differential carrier.
