  • Remove brake flex hose mounting bolt and disconnect brake flex hose from caliper.
  • Remove adapter, then the brake pads from adapter, Fig. .
  • Reverse procedure to install. Bleed brake system as outlined in "Hydraulic Brake Systems" .

  • Distance from top center of brake pedal to floor mat should be 7.60-7.72 inches.
  • Disconnect brake pedal switch connector (E), Fig. .
  • Loosen locknuts (B) and turn switch (A) until it does not contact pedal.
  • Loosen locknuts (D) and turn rod (C) to adjust height of brake pedal.
  • Tighten brake pedal switch until plunger is completely compressed, then turn additional 1/2 turn and tighten locknuts.
