- Remove steering wheel air bag mounting bolts.
- Disconnect connector and remove drivers air bag module.
- Disconnect horn connector.
- Center steering wheel and loosen center mounting nut.
- Disconnect steering wheel, then remove from and discard steering wheel center nut.
- Hold air bag clockspring in center position using suitable tape.
- Remove radio using suitable removal tool. Disconnect connectors.
- Open lower lefthand instrument access panel.
- Remove steering column upper and lower covers.

Remove
- Raise and support front of vehicle.
- Remove wheel and tire assembly.
- If removing righthand drive shaft, remove nuts securing anti-roll bar links and remove links from anti-roll bar. Use an open-ended wrench on flats provided to prevent ball joint rotating.
- For all drive shafts, remove drive shaft hub nut stake.
- With an assistant applying brakes, remove and discard drive shaft hub nut.
- Remove brake disc.
- Release ABS sensor lead from clip.
- Release sensor lead from damper, remove Allen screw and release ABS sensor from hub.

- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Raise and support vehicle. Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support vehicle on safety stands.
- Drain cooling system.
- Release clips, then remove towing eye cover.
- Remove screws from front spoiler.
- Carefully position front spoiler aside for access.
- Remove screws securing left inner edge of wheel arch liner to undertray, repeat on right side.
- Remove remaining screws securing undertray, release panel and remove.
