Our company uses VIN matching extensively to ensure the integrity of the inventory. The products will fit and perform exactly as needed due to a high emphasis on consistency and accuracy of product descriptions.

-MULTIPLE PRE-DELIVERY QUALITY CHECKS:
We perform multiple pre-delivery quality checks even after our products are added to the inventory. Engines and transmissions are cleaned and buffed before they are shipped to the customer.

-AN AWARE, AVALIABLE AND INFORMED STAFF:
Staff being informed on the industry matters to the customer experience. This is why we put a supreme focus on providing an informed customer service representative. Our representatives know about their product and the industry.

Warranty Information:
We provide a 1 year warranty (or 12,000 miles) on Engines and/or Transmissions.
Claims related to the overheating and/or improper lubrication of the engine or its components are not covered by this warranty.
Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are Accessories and Extra Parts. No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds.
All warranties are null and void if:

• The vehicle is converted from a private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is used for racing or other competition or off-road recreational purposes.
• Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications.
• Failure is caused by using the part for any use other than what was intended or recommended by the manufacturer.
• The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.
• The part is installed or operated outside the United States.
• The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
• The part is sold "As Is" as indicated on the front of invoice or in a website's terms.

90-Day Low Price Guarantee:
If you find a lower price on the Internet, we will match that price. If another salvage yard gives you the same Warranty, Fit, Quality, Delivery, and OEM Manufacturer, we'll be happy to match that price within 90 day of your purchase date. All you need to do is just email us with the name of the company, the stock number, the OEM manufacturer, the mileage, shipping information, and the retail price (including shipping). If you've purchased the engine or transmission from us within 90 days, we'll refund the difference. If you haven't yet purchased the engine or transmission, we will contact you within 24 hours (weekdays) and will match the lowest price.

Cancellation & Return Policy:
-Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from purchase date without authorization from supplier. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping, unless caused by our error or cancelled by the customer prior to shipping. No returns without prior authorization from the Supplier (see Contact Us page).
