Meghan Weeks Sullivan Joins AIAM as Manager, State Relations

Arlington, Va., July 6 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Association of International Automobile Manufacturers, Inc. (AIAM) today announced that Meghan W. Sullivan has been appointed the Association's new manager of state relations. Sullivan brings AIAM solid, well-rounded professional experience in state government affairs.

"Active and effective representation of AIAM member interests at the state level is integral to achieving our Association's overall policy aims," said Michael J. Stanton, president and CEO of AIAM. "Meghan's lobbying experience, expertise in developing and executing legislative strategies, and familiarity with state-level processes, people and organizations, makes her the ideal candidate to fill this position."

Prior to joining AIAM, Sullivan was director of state government affairs for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). In addition to the time she spent rising through the ranks at the MBA, Sullivan also served as staff assistant in the office of Senator John Sununu.
