the custom, tuning and motorsports industry met with organisers United
Business Media in the Dubai Westin Mina Seyahi hotel on the 22nd of June to
discuss Barbican TURBO and how it can best serve the industry. Barbican TURBO
is the Middle East's custom, tuning and motorsports festival and will run
from the 8th - 10th of October at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre,
Abu Dhabi.

Barbican TURBO provides companies with the opportunity to interact with
current and future customers and as such, organisers United Business Media
feel direct input from the industry about the future development of Barbican
TURBO and how it can meet the needs of companies who wish to promote their
products and services is critical to its success.
Attendees at the meeting included Swen Roters and Omar Valentine from
Foilacar, Hamid Moaref from Tires and Parts magazine, Konig Wheels UAE
division and Varga Trading, Mitchell Perera from Liberty Motorsports, Grant
M. Yake from Auto Sport (Al Yousuf Group) and Team Suzuki, Horst Busch from

Swen Roters, Managing Director of Foilacar, excellence in car body
finishing stated, "We are especially pleased the organisers have decided to
involve us and other companies in the event process as it allows them to
produce an event that we actually want and need to support our businesses
goals." He continued, "Our target market are VIP customers and as a result of

zone within the show and how best to attract other companies with VIP
products and customers to Barbican TURBO for this year."

such as world-class drifting demonstrations, the Top 100, the 2nd National
Sound-Off, the 1st National Dyno Shoot-Out, the music stage and the gaming
zone as well as show zones - the Paddock, the Japanese Tuning zone, European
and American companies taking part and the Local Heroes zone - a zone which
the organisers are calling to be filled with the best of the best companies
from within the United Arab Emirates.
Matt Tarrant, Show Manager said, "We decided to hold this meeting to show
further support to the industry and to be innovative in this respect, our
goal is to deliver the very best event we can over the long term, for many
years to come and we feel by listening to what the industry has to say we are

Barbican TURBO will also run alongside Adrenaline Sports Live, presented
by Rani for the second year in a row. This is the country's annual meeting
for the adventure and adrenaline sports communities, related companies and
