New site offers authorized Audi sales and service

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. and WYNNEWOOD, Pa., June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, June 20th, Porsche and Audi dealer Don Rosen Imports will officially celebrate the opening of its second location -- Audi Wynnewood, located at 323 E. Lancaster Ave. in Wynnewood -- with a day of test drives, vendor demonstrations, and prizes. The facility, a former Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership, was acquired in 2008 and has since been upgraded to meet Audi's national standards, now offers a wide inventory of new and pre-owned Audi vehicles, vehicle service, parts and accessories.

The move to expand operations in the greater Philadelphia area is a result of Don Rosen Imports' record sales and strong service business. Don Rosen Imports ranks eleventh in the nation for 2009 Porsche sales and last month rose to the number two slot in US Audi sales. The addition of a showroom and service facility in Wynnewood has contributed greatly to the Audi success. Jerry Miller, owner of Don Rosen Imports, explains, "The Main Line has always loved Audi vehicles and has traveled to Conshohocken and elsewhere in the region to buy and service them. Miller also notes that the Audi and Porsche sales have remained strong despite the recent economic climate, which has proved devastating to many car dealerships and their brands. "Our 2009 sales totals are exceeding 2008 numbers, which in turn were above 2007. A highlight of the Grand Opening festivities will be test drives of the latest Audi models. Street Smart Driving Academy, which exclusively uses Audi A4 sedans for its student driving tests, will be on hand to provide information to teens and their families. The showroom will be open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
