Aero Performance Products, Inc. Announces Changes to Board of Directors

BLUFFDALE, Utah, June 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aero Performance Products, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AERP) today announced the resignations of Bryan Hunsaker as chief executive officer and director and Robert McMichael as director of the company, effective June 5, 2009. Before the resignations became effective, the Board appointed Robert McCoy, a former director of the company, to serve on the Board. Mr. McCoy is now the sole director of the company.

A Current Report on Form 8-K concerning the Board changes is expected to be filed by the company within the next several days.

Mr. McCoy, who served on the company's Board of Directors from September 2005 to October 2007 and as chairman from September 2006 to October 2007, is an experienced senior executive who has served on the Boards of several public companies. As president of Marquis Elevator, Inc. from 1975 to 1990, he built and then later sold the largest independent elevator company in Nevada. Subsequent to selling Marquis Elevator, Mr. McCoy was the General Manager of Canyon Investments, Inc. in Las Vegas Nevada from 1990 to 1996. Since 1996, Mr. McCoy has served as Facilities Manager for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, responsible for 487,000 square feet of facilities in the Las Vegas area. Mr. McCoy is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
