SAN DIEGO, May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Hollander North America, Inc., a leading supplier of business solutions for automotive recyclers, has reached a settlement in its copyright infringement dispute with Progi-Pac, a Canadian supplier of French-language management and parts-interchange software for automotive recyclers. Along with the settlement, the companies have also entered into a multi-year licensing agreement.

Properly licensed users of the Progi-Pac and Progi-Comm systems can have confidence knowing that their software is now backed by direct access to Hollander Interchange -- the industry's most comprehensive interchange data source, which details which vehicle parts are interchangeable between foreign and domestic cars and light trucks dating back to the 1920s. Hollander will continue to innovate and market its own comprehensive suite of business solutions for automotive recyclers throughout Quebec and Canada.
