Carfax 250 to Be Held at Michigan International Speedway on Aug. 15
CENTREVILLE, Va., May 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Carfax will return to Michigan International Speedway (MIS) as title sponsor of the NASCAR Nationwide Series Carfax 250 race for the fourth straight year. This year's event takes place on Aug. 15 at the Brooklyn, Mich., racetrack. Carfax continues its support of the home of the American automobile and its ongoing investment in Michigan-based sports.

This year marks the fourth time Carfax is sponsoring the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at MIS. Dale Earnhardt Jr. won the inaugural Carfax 250 in 2006, followed by Denny Hamlin in 2007 and Columbia, Mo., native Carl Edwards last year. Carfax was founded in Columbia, Mo., in 1986 and maintains its data center there.
