SVOX Opens Office in Ulm; Strengthens Speech Recognition and Speech Dialog Teams in Germany

ZURICH, Switzerland, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- SVOX, the leading provider of embedded speech solutions, today announced that it will open an office in Ulm, Germany, according to SVOX CEO Martin Reber. The new office will initially have about 30 employees, eventually growing to more than 60 people, with the main focus being on the development of speech recognition and speech dialog systems.

By opening an office in the heart of the region that is a home base for such companies as Audi, Daimler and Porsche, SVOX aims to be closer to its automotive customers and partners. Equally important, the company plans to benefit from highly educated and skillful workforce available in the region.
