U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2008 Financial Results on March 11, 2009

CARSON, Calif., March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRTS) announced today that it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, on Wednesday, March 11, 2009, after the market close. The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the results the same day. Participating in the call will be Shane Evangelist, Chief Executive Officer and Ted Sanders, Chief Financial Officer.

The conference call is scheduled to begin at 2:00 pm Pacific Time (5:00 pm Eastern Time) on Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
