NEW YORK, March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aftersoft Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ASFG), a major supplier of business and ERP supply chain management solutions to automotive parts and tires, distributors, jobbers, retailers and installers announced that on February 27, 2009 United Automotive Supply Co. of Michigan has agreed to install MAM Software, Inc.'s Autopart ERP solution to help meet its business requirements for driving operational efficiencies. MAM Software Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aftersoft Group, Inc. The agreement was reached on the opening day of the Automotive Distribution Network 2009 national convention in Nashville.

"We require a sophisticated yet user-friendly solution that will manage our entire multi-store operation," explained Al Goldstein, UAS's Owner. "MAM is a fast-moving, innovative company which has a very similar outlook to us here at UAS. When we decided to upgrade our current system, we looked at a number of potential partners but MAM ticked all our boxes."

A key influence in the decision to implement Autopart is MAM's ability to provide solutions that will not only aid UAS's own internal operations, but help their customers too.

"We are delighted we are to be working with such a forward-thinking, progressive company," comments Brian Allibon, President, MAM Software Inc. "We see this agreement as the beginning of an important partnership that will enable us to help UAS directly improve their operational efficiencies."

Ian Warwick CEO of Aftersoft Group, Inc. commented, "This exciting deal reflects the focus and work we have been putting into US market and it's good to see it now starting to bear fruit. This agreement will see Autopart having greater exposure within the jobber sector, thus pushing further our penetration into the automotive aftermarket."
