ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Diversified Glass Services, parent company of Henderson Glass, has named Reginald Hanosh II as its new president and chief executive officer. He will also continue in his role as the organization's chairman of the board.

Hanosh replaces Jim Churilla, who has been serving as the company's interim CEO since November 2008. Churilla will remain with the company in a financial consulting role.

Hanosh, who has 40 years of experience with Diversified, is rejoining the company after a two-year retirement. Prior to retirement, he held the position of operational vice president. He has served in numerous operational roles with the company, and brings an in-depth understanding of the industry to the position.

Hanosh and the management team plan to focus their attention on Henderson Glass retail operations, where they believe the most growth opportunity lies, and where they can bring the most value to Michigan residents. A renewed focus on retail will include evaluation of appropriate market service areas and product line expansion through all 24 Henderson Glass retail outlets.

The company will continue to offer its automotive glass services that include windshield and door glass replacement or repair, and mobile repair and replacement services. The organization will also be evaluating additional auto glass opportunities associated with fleet sales.
