Bonal International, Inc. Sales Decrease 24 Percent at Nine Months

Small Net Loss for the Third Quarter

ROYAL OAK, Mich., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bonal International, Inc. (OTC: BONL) today announced FYE 2009 nine month and third quarter ending Dec. 31, 2008 unaudited results.

Bonal's nine month year-to-date revenue is down 24%. Third quarter sales are down 31% over last year to $408,917 and Bonal had a slight loss of $(14,232), which is down from a profit of $97,468 last year. Bonal's per share quarterly loss is $ (0.01) compared to $0.06 last year. Earnings for the nine months are $49,868 down from $388,192 last year. Earnings per share for the nine month period went from $0.23 last year to $0.03 per share on Dec. 31, 2008.

"Equipment sales continue to be down due to the nervousness in the industry because of the financial crises," said A. George Hebel, III, chairman of Bonal International. "Despite the economic conditions, some parts of the metalworking industry continue to be busy and we are concentrating on those industries. Foreign sales in unit volume are down, but as a percentage it is still at 33%, indicating metalworking worldwide is feeling the crisis."
