"In light of such tough economic times, it's great to see so many kind hearts step up and answer the needs of the children of the Motor City," said NAIAS Senior Co-Chair Joe Serra. "Tonight's event isn't just about cars and celebrities, it's about kids. And thanks to the generosity of tonight's attendees, the lives of those kids will be that much better."

In addition to the glitz and glamour, Charity Preview attendees will enjoy the many exceptional concept and production vehicles on display on the show floor, as well as the music of legendary American rock band, The Doobie Brothers who will perform inside Cobo Arena at 9:00 p.m.

Since its inception in 1976, Charity Preview has raised nearly $80 million for children's charities in metro Detroit, over $35 million of which was raised in the last six years alone.
