Capital Automotive LLC Declares Quarterly Preferred Unit Distributions

MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Capital Automotive LLC (the "Company"), the nation's leading specialty finance company for automotive retail real estate, today announced that its Board of Managers has declared a dividend for the period commencing May 1, 2008 and ending July 31, 2008 of $0.46875 per Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Unit of the Company, payable on August 15, 2008 to holders of record as of August 1, 2008.

The Board of Managers has also declared a dividend for the period commencing May 1, 2008 and ending July 31, 2008 of $0.50 per Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Unit of the Company, payable on August 15, 2008 to holders of record as of August 1, 2008.
