ROYAL OAK, Mich., June 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bonal International, Inc. (OTC: BONL) today announced a dividend of $0.10 per share on a $0.31 per share net profit. This compares to a $0.07 dividend per share on a $0.21 per share net profit for the prior fiscal year. The dividend is payable on August 8, 2008 for shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 18, 2008. This is the fourth dividend to be paid since Bonal began public trading in 1990.

"In terms of dollars profit, Bonal topped its record from 2007, making 2008 our best year. Bonal International's Board of Directors decided to pay a dividend 43% higher than last year. In the future, the Board of Directors will continue to evaluate the company's dividend policy on an annual basis.
