CHICO, Calif., June 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Community Valley Bancorp, the holding company for Butte Community Bank, today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share.

At their meeting on June 24, 2008, the Board of Directors agreed to pay a cash dividend of four cents ($0.04) per share to shareholders of record as of July 8, 2008. The payment date for the dividend will be July 25, 2008.
