ICW Group Announces Launch of Snap 1.2

Enhancing the Functionality of the First Work Comp Online Tool That Provides Upload Capabilities to Speed the Quoting Process

SAN DIEGO, June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- ICW Group, a leading group of insurers, announced today that its Workers' Compensation Division has enhanced Snap(SM), the first web-based software tool to automatically upload data from agency management systems, centralize data and speed the quoting process. Snap was introduced to agents and brokers in February 2008 via a national road show. By listening to the feedback of their agents and brokers, ICW Group made improvements to its technology solution and has now released Snap 1.2. Key software upgrades include adding more functionality and further simplifying the quoting process.

Unlike other web-based programs, Snap's automatic upload of client information eliminates the need to re-key data, thus significantly streamlining the workflow for their agents and brokers.

Highlighted improvements of Snap 1.2 include:

-- An improved homepage that displays more detailed information about an agency / broker's book of business with ICW Group.

-- The ability to print an application in the standard ACORD format.

-- Pre-qualification tool that provides Agents and Brokers with information on ICW Group's risk appetite.

-- The ability to seamlessly re-assign an application to another person within the agency or brokerage.

"I attended the road show and expressed a preference to be able to reassign an application to a different person within the same agency. ICW Group responded by adding such a feature that makes reassigning effortless," said Jim Gellein, of Colonial Western Insurance (a customer of ICW Group).

"When adding functionality to Snap, we listened to our customers and found innovative and creative ways to further develop the technology solution and increase the productivity of our agents and brokers," stated Paul Zamora, Vice President, Workers' Compensation Division.

ICW Group plans to launch Snap 2.0 in the fall of 2008, which will be provided at no cost to their appointed agents and brokers.
