CSC and Bombardier Transportation Sign $1.2 Billion (euro 765 Million) IT Outsourcing Agreement

Renewed Contract Realigns and Extends CSC's Relationship with Global Rail Leader

FALLS CHURCH, Va., June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it has renewed its information technology (IT) outsourcing agreement with Bombardier Transportation, an operating group of Bombardier Inc. The new seven-year, $1.2 billion (euro 765 million) contract, which has an incremental value of approximately $944 million (euro 610 million), is an extension and expansion of services that began under a 2002 contract that was valued at $700 million over seven years.

Under the new agreement, CSC will continue to provide Bombardier Transportation with a full range of infrastructure outsourcing services. These include desktop, service desk, network and application management services for more than 20,000 users at sites across 33 countries around the world. In addition, CSC will now provide overall integration for service ticket tracking and reporting, which will enable end-to-end service management across Bombardier's IT environment.
