(Nasdaq: CVGI), a leading supplier of fully integrated system solutions for the global commercial vehicle market, will host an Investor Day for investment professionals on Tuesday, June 24, 2008. The meeting will be held at the Company's Research and Development Center and Corporate Headquarters complex located at 7800 Walton Parkway in New Albany, Ohio 43054.

The event will begin at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time) with a presentation and business overview by Mervin Dunn, Chief Executive Officer; Chad M. Utrup, Chief Financial Officer; and other members of CVG's executive management team. Following the presentation, tours will be conducted of CVG's new Research and Development Center. The event is expected to end by 3:00 PM.
