The offers include a guaranteed free one-car class upgrade on various car
classes in select European countries. For example in Germany, reserve a
manual transmission Opel Corsa or similar, normally $399 per week and receive
a guaranteed free upgrade to a manual transmission Volkswagen Golf or similar,
