| Answer: | Received quotes are in the "Pending Quotes" folder. On the left side of the Query ID there is a plus sign, click on it and all quotes for that query will be shown. |

| Answer: | You can use free text to describe your part in the "Part Name" field. You don?t have to use the drop-down list. |

| Answer: | In order to be able to sell on Automotix, you need to set the Seller checkbox in your profile. To do so, go to "File", "My Profile" |

| Answer: | You can set various parameters in your "Options". To do so, go to "Tools", "Options" and uncheck the "Automatically run Instant Exchange with Windows" |
