| Notes | Automotive icon, snappy dresser and FBI target John Z. De Lorean left the building in 2005, leaving behind 8,582 stainless-steel DeLoreans and one time-traveling hotrod. Few car projects were more maledicted than the DMC-12. By the time Johnny Z. got the factory in Northern Ireland up and running — and what could possibly go wrong there? — the losses were piling up fast. . De Lorean was having a few dramas of his own, resulting in one of law enforcement's more memorable hidden-camera tableaux: the former GM executive sitting in a hotel room with suitcases on money, discussing the supply-and-demand of nose candy. The Giugiaro-designed DMC-12 sure was cool looking, though. In August of this year, the Texas company that controls the rights to the name announced it will build a small number of new DMC-12's. How's that for time travel? This particular car is in great shape and has had much work done!It also has the new delorean prototype wheels that were purchased from DMC.One of a kind off the prototype!!2700.00!!I Also have the original rims in great shape with almost new bf goodrich tires!!They come with it as well.Installed alpine deck with dvd player amp and speakers!Sorry but it had some other aftermarket radio when i got it!!Become part of an elite few!!It is said there are less than 3500 left!!Wherever you go you will feel like a rockstar!!People swarm around this car!!On a scale of 1-10 I would say this car is at least a 7.There are like 10,000-13,000 in work and rims alone!!Come steal this car!!!I mean Money wise of course.This car will do nothing but go up in value!!Especially since john delorean died!! | ||||||||
