This is a workhorse of a Van, I bought it 8 months ago to get me from Las Vegas to Orlando. The engine is highly accessible and I'm sure anyone with automotive know how could keep this van going indefinitely. It ran fine until last week (around 5/10/08) when I inadvertently left the lights on and ran the battery down. When I tried to jump it I was unable to get it to turn over again, a friend of mine told me that this was just due to corrosion on the battery and simply cleaning it would fix the problem. Due to high gas prices, low gas mileage, and no air conditioning I just decided to go ahead an buy a new car. I hope someone can still get some use out of this van. |
