Summary: ON CERTAIN TANDEM-AXLE BOAT TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH 14 INCH WHEELS, FAILURE OF THE WHEEL TO SEAT PROPERLY AND SECURELY ON THE WHEEL HUB CAN OCCUR. THIS CAN CAUSE THE LUG NUTS TO BECOME LOOSE EVEN AFTER BEING TIGHTENED TO THE PROPER TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS.
