WHEN THESE VEHICLES ARRIVE AT THEIR DESTINATION, THE AIR BRAKE LINES ARE RECONNECTED. THESE RECONNECTIONS WERE NOT ALWAYS BEING TIGHTENED TO THE PROPER TORQUE. ALSO, DURING THIS RECONNECTION PROCESS, SOME OF THE ABS WIRING CLIPS HAD BEEN REMOVED AND NOT REINSTALLED. |  |
