Summary: VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: BUSES BUILT ON A CHEVROLET GMT 600 CUTAWAY CHASSIS WITH A GRANNING TAG AXLE ADDED. WHEN THE WHEELS WERE INSTALLED ON THE TAG AXLE, THE RETAINING RING THAT GOES BETWEEN THE WHEEL AND THE LUG NUTS WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OFF.
