Summary: ON CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES, THE WATER IMPELLER DOES NOT TURN DUE TO THE INSTALLATION OF AN INCORRECT LAYSHAFT. IMPROPER OPERATION OF THE WATER PUMP COULD OCCUR CAUSING OVERHEATING OF THE ENGINE COMPONENTS AND POSSIBLY ENGINE SEIZURE.
